    Job Summary

    We are looking for an individual that takes pride in their work with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, cleanliness, and consistency in accordance with batch specifications. The ideal candidate has personal care products compounding or batch making experience.


    • Prior to manufacturing each batch should be verified to ensure each contains all of the specified raw materials at the specified weights.
    • Accurately follow batch ticket instructions to make specific product.
    • Responsible for blending various ingredients per batch ticket in the correct measure, weight, temperature, mixing speed and sequence.
    • Must be able to competently perform all batch making duties particularly reactors. Mix, blend, cook, pump, and perform all tasks related to completing all required compounds while ensuring the quality of the physical properties of the finished product.
    • Works to obtain optimum productivity, consistent quality of product, and to meet the customer's specifications.
    • Perform all paperwork tasks required
    • Extracts bulks samples for laboratory analysis.
    • Transfers completed batches via pump into proper containers for movement to storage or other production departments.
    • Document and maintain cleaning/sanitation log books.
    • Assist Research & Development team in the manufacture of pilot batches.
    • Understanding of application of Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices. Other duties assigned


    • Ability to operate a fork lift, pallet jack and drum lifter to transport raw materials or finished products.
    • Willing to work in a team environment and contribute to group goals.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and learn new skills and tasks.
    • Must comply with safety regulations.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds & move around 55 gallon drums.
    • Have safe and competent knowledge of the proper methods for lifting, pushing, pulling.
    • Able to stand for majority of an 8-10 hour shift.
    • Must be able to work overtime and weekends when necessary
