    Job Summary

    Monat is looking for a Procurement Analyst that will effectively execute the procurement process by competitively acquiring the products and services required by the organization, while meeting all corporate policies and procedures and maintaining the highest level of quality.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist Corporate Procurement Management with the implementation of new sourcing initiatives and developing data and other required information for supplier discussions.
    • Work with business stakeholders to effectively procure products and services required by the organization.
    • Provide first-rate service to our internal stakeholders.
    • Act as a subject matter expert in categories of responsibility.
    • Assist internal customers with potential vendor disputes.
    • Collaborate with operations to ensure commercial agreement and purchase order terms are being met.
    • Tracking of project statuses.
    • Perform periodic analysis for assigned procurement portfolio.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Associates Degree or equivalent related work experience required.

     

    Preferred Attributes

    • Associates degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) or 2+ years of equivalent sourcing and procurement operations experience in indirect categories.
    • Ability to operate independently or as part of a team, as well as interact and build relationships with vendors, and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.
    • Ability to adapt and work well with people in a constantly changing environment and gain credibility in areas beyond defined scope of work.
    • Ability to understand and manage complex operational detail and communicate this clearly based on audience (external partners and internal senior leadership).
    • Ability to process and analyze data, and produce related reports
    • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • SAP hands on experience and/or ERP systems
    • Proficient in MS Office applications
