    Job Summary

    Do you love making a difference and working in social media?

     

    We’re looking for a philanthropy-loving Social Media Coordinator to help grow and maintain the MONAT Gear and MONAT Gratitude official channels.  You’ll work alongside the Global Social Team growing the social platforms by creating captivating content online and engaging regularly with fans and followers.

     

    The ideal candidate for this role is a social media loving superstar with a passion for beauty/fashion and cultivating change through gratitude.

    Responsibilities

    • Create custom social media posts for Facebook and Instagram
    • Manage social media content calendar for MONAT Gratitude and MONAT Gear
    • Attend and capture content at events for feed and stories.
    • Monitor, listen and respond to all fans and followers in a “Social” way
    • Monitor daily publishing of social media posts (including nights and weekends)
    • Follow and research industry trends for both MONAT Gratitude and MONAT Gear
    • Continuously look for new creative ways to promote the brands on social media
    • Measure social traffic via reporting software, and present monthly and/or quarterly to the Senior Manager of Digital Communications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional social media experience
    • Ability to analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
    • Strong writing and verbal skills
    • Excellent copy editing and proofreading skills
    • A creative eye for aesthetics and branding
    • Must be highly organized and have excellent time management & problem-solving skills
    • Forward-thinker with the ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
    • Basic iPhone photography and app editing skills (for social posts) a major plus
    • Interest or background in beauty/fashion and philanthropy preferred
