Job Summary

The Global Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of short and long-term projects which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.


  • Plan and implement projects with timelines.
  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
  • Organize and attend meetings, ensuring the Team is well prepared
  • Coordinate various integrated communication and Global activities.
  • Determine the resources (time, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.
  • Monitor production, delivery and maintenance of marketing collateral.
  • Implement Best Practices and establish new processes for reporting, execution.
  • Comprehensive support of key marketing media: print, digital and social.
  • Communicate with all departments and provide prompt answers to requests.
  • Execute the project according to the project plan and track deliverables.
  • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
  • Evaluate and assess result of project.
  • Resolve project related conflicts through skilled negotiation, tact and diplomacy.


  • Minimum of three years of Project Management experience handling multiple projects of different scope/complexity.
  • Marketing, Product Development, Communications, IT, logistics and operations experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate under pressure.
  • Highly collaboration, able to thrive both individually and as a team member.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and quickly adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and superior listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable operating in situations characterized by complexity, ambiguity and high levels of uncertainty.
  • Demonstrated computer skills (Project Management softwares, Microsoft Office).
