    Job Summary

    The Human Resources Clerk assist compiling and maintaining employee records, aid with the daily administrative operations of the human resource department and interact with employees, management and other business associates.

    • Perform administrative work, including scheduling, and maintaining files for the Human Resources department
    • Posting job ads, organizing resumes and job applications
    • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
    • Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
    • Preparing new employee files
    • Complete Onboarding process
    • Administering new employment assessments
    • Coordinate logistics for new hire and employee training sessions
    • Maintaining current HR files and databases
    • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained



    • Associate degree in HR-related field required (Bachelor’s preferred)
    • 3-5 years of related administrative experience
    • Detail-oriented and organized
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Solid understanding of MS Office
    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred
    • Familiar with applicant tracking database systems an asset
