Job Summary

As a WFM Reporting Analyst, you will be accountable for designing, developing, maintaining and publishing Contact Center related reports. You will also be responsible to provide reporting analysis and explanation for results as needed for decision making. Work may be done for internal and external clients.



  • Create, support, and provide reports for our internal/external teams, scheduled and ad-hoc.
  • Assemble and validate the accuracy of data gathered from various databases to prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting standards specifications for high-level management reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to establish and execute on our strategy of leveraging customer and company data to quickly identify trends and opportunities within large global customer segment. Providing first level support.
  • Deliver analytical insight and ensure key business performance risks, issues, and opportunities are highlighted to management
  • Perform other related duties as assigned



  • Strong analytical skills needed to analyze large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers, and distill them into insightful analysis for reporting packages
  • Intuitive thinker who promotes communication, fosters teamwork across the cross functional groups to include senior management and customer facing teams, and achieves consensus; excellent interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner and problem solver who can deliver innovative ideas and approaches when faced with new issues or challenges.
  • Strict attention to detail and intensity around consistently delivering high quality outputs in a multi-tasking environment
  • Must exhibit a willingness for driving and delivering results by providing valuable service quality performance analysis and reporting on a timely basis to help facilitate decision making
