Job Summary

The Manager, Spanish Initiative is responsible for support, development and targeted growth, driving towards the achievement of key metrics of our Spanish speaking Market Partners. The SIM works with sales, marketing and training partners to translate and deliver tools, training and resources that are an integral to the growth and development of this market.  The SIM’s primary responsibility is to ensure the market is well supported from training and tool perspective that may include events.  The SIM’s focus is to ensure that all our Spanish speaking Market Partners have the support and tools required to be successful and grow their business. In addition, this role primarily focuses on the support, development and growth MONAT’s Market Partners.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales, training and marketing partners to translate and deliver the most relevant materials in Spanish.
  • Develop relationships with our Spanish speaking market partners at all levels of leadership to understand and deliver the most relevant tools to drive business growth.
  • Support our Spanish speaking market partners at events as needed, including but not limited to MONATions and other regional and national events as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales, training and marketing partners to identify innovative tools and delivery methods for Spanish speaking Market Partners.
  • Measure results and effectiveness of all translated Spanish resources to determine overall impact and future deliverables to support growth that aligns with specific market growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or Marketing preferred
  • Marketing communication background preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in both English and Spanish
  • Candidate must be able to understand and embody the culture, mission and values of the MONAT Global brand.
  • Candidate must have experience and a proven track record of effective translation skills and the ability to deliver training tools in a timely fashion. 
  • High energy, self-directed, ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
