Job Summary

Our preferred customers, MONAT VIP's, are at the core of everything we do. This role will report to the Preferred Customer Program Sr. Manager and Marketing Manager to support and ensure the customer voice is always represented throughout MONAT. You will be responsible for supporting marketing strategies, promotions and programs that drive awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and  loyalty.


  • Understanding the big picture of the VIP customer journey
  • Entrenching yourself with customer feedback and data to truly understand the MONAT customer
  • Partnering cross-functionally with the entire organization to manage day-to-day execution of customer program and act as the voice of the customer
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels and assets, ensuring consistent voice
  • Coordinate content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management
  • Assist in maintaining promotional calendars, product launch calendar and other key business documents
  • Assist the team in developing presentations, ad-hoc reporting, analysis and other administrative tasks, as needed
  • Developing, analyzing, interpreting and reporting on VIP program performance and VIP customer which include but are not limited to: Business KPI's, marketing campaigns, customer profile, customer segmentation and CLV
  • Developing, analyzing, interpreting and reporting on surveys which include but are not limited to: Net promoter score NPS, product, product reviews and customer experience programs
  • Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables for ongoing marketing projects such include technology projects related to the customer journey personalization strategy, loyal rewards and the shopping experience.
  • Researching and presenting innovative opportunities, trends and best practices for the MONAT customer experience

  • 4+ years relevant work experience in marketing - acquisition, retention, brand media, creative, content, product marketing, etc. is a must
  • Experience with customer loyalty is highly desirable
  • Experience within ecommerce, beauty industry and/or customer experience is highly desirable
  • Minimum undergraduate degree.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with survey tools, email marketing platforms, marketing automation platforms and business intelligence tools. 
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
  • Must have a high level of creativity.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
