Job Summary

The role of a Commission Specialist will require a comprehensive understanding of the MONAT Compensation Plan and how it relates to other areas of the business. This role will identify and respond to all commission related inquiries from the field and internal teams.

The successful candidate will be flexible, have solid judgement and strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain related issues both verbally and in writing.


  • Respond accurately to all incoming inquiries in a courteous and timely manner. Inquiries may include:  Commission payout discrepancies, Motor Club program qualifications, Hyperwallet issues, etc.
  • Complete appropriate case notation after each phone call or inquiry submitted to Commissions.
  • Responsible for Motor Club Program which includes the responsibility of maintaining the inbox, reviewing documents and insuring qualifiers receive notification of their qualification.
  • Must be able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Maintains a clear, up-to-date understanding of MONAT’s Compensation Plan and Policies & Procedures.
  • Perform other related work as requested or required.


  • A minimum of 1-year Direct Sales experience.
  • Proficient with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong oral, written, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of excel is preferred.
