The Training Specialist will develop and facilitate training materials and courses for employees at all levels of the Contact Center. This professional will be experienced at all fields of the learning and development (L&D) world, as this position will be a key player in building out and supporting MONATs Learning and Development Department within the Contact Center.
Minimum 3 years of professional classroom facilitation; experience in a training capacity
Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and listening skills.
Expert level communication skills (written and verbal).
Bilingual: English and Spanish
