Job Summary

Support the operations of the IT Service Desk in the deliver of an excellent service for the users

Responsibilities

The IT Service Coordinator would assist with the following:

  • Take ownership of our service ticketing software (Managed Engine\Jira Service Desk). This will involve configuration, testing, and metric reporting.
  • Be responsible for ticket and project assignment across company departments
  • Provide management with KPI's and metrics across departments
  • Assist team members to follow-up and resolve tickets.
  • Assist with development and enforcement of processes across lines of business
  • Ensure smooth service-delivery for our customers
  • Project management and coordination

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have prior experience with service desk / ticketing software from a setup/configuration standpoint (you were an Admin-level resource on the tool)
  • Be extremely organized
  • Have expert-level knowledge and experience with office-productivity software
  • Strong with numbers and reporting
  • Past experience with writing SOP's and documentation
  • Be able to take the initiative and is a self-learner
