Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Global Promotions and Operations is responsible for helping develop and drive successful promotions and incentive strategies. This role includes coordination, logistics, collateral production, communication, promotional calendars, data analysis, and reporting functions. This position plays a significant role in creating revenue growth and helping drive other business metrics.


  • Work closely with Promotions Manager to help develop global promotion strategies; plan and execute monthly promotions.
  • Assist developing business incentives that create growth in key areas (e.g. enrollments, Flex-ship program) and that account for market nuances.
  • Work closely with the Operations teams to ensure adequate product availability for sales and promotions.
  • Support analyze performance of every promotion to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Support, advise, and guide promotion strategies for all markets, including regular conference calls and/or visits with each market to support their local needs.
  • Help with the creation of SKU’s, order promotional items to ensure promotions can be successfully executed.
  • Partner with demand planning team to align with long-range forecasts to drive effective supply planning with suppliers.
  • Attend and sometimes lead status meetings with project teams as needed to complete projects.
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a professional and timely manner.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; 2-3 years of related experience and/or training
  • 1- 2 years of experience with logistics, inventory, and planning sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with project management platforms, Asana preferred
  • Experience within the beauty industry preferred
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred
