Job Summary

The SKU Assistant will act as gatekeeper to ensure all critical data elements are in place, using consistency. This is a fast-paced role that requires a customer service-oriented individual who can engage with cross functional team member.


  • Analyze and process information provided from requests for new packaging into master data system for SAP system
  • Monitor and facilitate the workflow processes for new SKUs requests, changes, and deletions for the 5 countries US/CAN/UK/IRL/POL
  • Work together with the Inventory team to Identify, analyze, and report/resolve data issues, related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Ensures an efficient and successful change management process by defining and documenting on-going process changes
  • Ensure data documentation policies and procedures are properly developed and maintained.
  • Serves as back up for all restrictions, using SAP tools, troubleshoots project tools, SAP issues within the material master. Go to for all questions regarding material master issues, mass loads, supply chain, marketing, finance needs pertaining to SAP.


  • Associate Degree in Operations, Business or related
  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP / Info Trax Systems
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a detailed, organized manner
  • Attention to details and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
  • Must be able to work on assigned projects and responsibilities with limited supervision
