This role will investigate, analyze, and respond to all commission related inquiries. This position will require a comprehensive understanding of the MONAT Compensation Plan and how it relates to other areas of the business.

 

• Ivestigate payout discrepancies, analyze reports, and provide recomendations. 
• Review documents to ensure program qualifications are met. 
• Respond accurately to all incoming inquiries in a courteous and timely manner. 
• Complete appropriate case notation after each phone call or inquiry submitted to Commissions.
• Responsible for Motor Club Program which includes the responsibility of maintaining the inbox, reviewing documents and ensuring qualifiers receive notification of their qualification.
• Ensure and comply with MONAT’s Compensation Plan, Policies, and Procedures.
• Perform other related work as requested or required.

 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year Direct Sales experience
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and appliactions
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Strong communication skills (oral, writing, and verbal)
• Must be able to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision

Preffered

• Strong working knowledge in Excel
