This role will investigate, analyze, and respond to all commission related inquiries. This position will require a comprehensive understanding of the MONAT Compensation Plan and how it relates to other areas of the business.
Ivestigate payout discrepancies, analyze reports, and provide recomendations.
Review documents to ensure program qualifications are met.
Respond accurately to all incoming inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
Complete appropriate case notation after each phone call or inquiry submitted to Commissions.
Responsible for Motor Club Program which includes the responsibility of maintaining the inbox, reviewing documents and ensuring qualifiers receive notification of their qualification.
Ensure and comply with MONAT’s Compensation Plan, Policies, and Procedures.
Perform other related work as requested or required.
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year Direct Sales experience
1 year of customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and appliactions
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Strong communication skills (oral, writing, and verbal)
