Job Summary

Direct the activities of all functions involved in forecasting, planning, Work Orders, MRP and aware of and involved with warehousing, and inventory control of materials from forecasting to Good Receipt. In addition, the duties involve the complete ownership of global domestic and international inventory replenishment. Plan and implement the overall forecast to Good Receipt Process. Collaborate with sales, operations, finance and customer service teams. Determine key supply chain KPIs. Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner. Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality. Direct a team of qualified forecast/planning analysts to cover all these tasks globally. These tasks include new product, existing product, promotions, back orders, and the discontinuation of product globally.

Responsibilities

• Direct all functions involved in the forecasting, planning, Work Orders, International and domestic inventory replenishment, MRP.
• Be involved with warehousing, and inventory control of materials from forecasting to Good Receipt.
• Plan and implement the overall forecast to Good Receipt Process.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and Customer Service teams
• Determine key supply chain KPIs
• Suggest solutions for process improvements
• Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Experience with international operations; global communications, planning and shipping
• Be a collaborative team member able to work cross-functionally
• Strong experience in distribution of consumer products with growth-oriented companies
• Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic fast–paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
• Direct the work of the department and coach and teach the team of qualified forecast/planning analysts
• Keep detailed records about global demand, create report and prepare presentations about the area
• Liaise internally with New Product development team, marketing, sales and finance.
• Monitor inventory stock level and inventory strategies.
• Revise and evaluate Global safety stocks policies

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supply Chain Manager in the Direct Selling Industry “Hair Care and Skin Care” a plus.
• Have 10 plus years in unit-based forecasting and planning globally ( 5 to 10 countries preferred)
• Experience managing people for 5 plus years
• Good English is a must
• Spanish as a secondary language strongly preferred
• MRP experience with SAP MM, PP and expert skills with Excel

• BA in Supply Chain Management, Business or Finance preferred
