The Recognition Coordinator will work closely with the Recognition Team to assist the development of long- and short-term recognition programs. This position will provide support in the daily and monthly recognition projects to maintain deadlines and accuracy. This position will help in monitoring all related program inventories, completing briefs, and support materials in addition to following up on projects to support the completion of projects that are completed on schedule.
2 years of experience in recognition or equivalent in recognition efforts through Direct Selling
Self-starter and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
Strong project follow-through.
Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
