Job Summary

MONAT Global is currently hiring for a Continous Improvement Analyst with an emphasis on continuous improvement in a fast paced, rapid change Marketing environment. This position will work with our internal teams in analyzing, documenting, and improving existing processes as well as supporting the creation of new standards. They will also work in a support role as needed on complex projects. Will work closely with Project Management Office (PMO)  and report directly to the Business Process Manager.   • Work with leadership team to implement and streamline process improvements.
  • Identify, develop, recommend, implement, and monitor processes/procedures including products, system enhancements and/or program improvements.
  • Develop, produce, and distribute business documents such as reports, system and process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop business process requirements to meet changing business needs. Ensure plans are clear and adopted efficiently.
  • Provide education and training on changes, updates, and/or improvements to staff and management in a way that all involved parties can understand.
  • Monitor and assess processes to ensure they are accomplishing the desired outcomes.
  • Assist in documenting departmental procedures and policy as applicable to process change.
  • Participate in initiatives for continuous process improvements and follow best practices.
  • Manage and develop project plans in conjunction with PMO and monitor performance.
  • Use modeling, testing, and data models to improve information flow through an organization to enhance project success.
  • Work in a team environment and continually seek to improve processes.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to team members.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position improving processes
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Programs (word, excel, power point, etc.)
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Experience with process flow software such as Microsoft Visio and Project Management
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partners.
  • Experience working on multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
