Senior Graphic Designer – MONAT Gratitude

MONAT Global creative team is looking for a full-time Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Miami, FL. This Senior Graphic Designer will be dedicated to MONAT Gratitude, the philanthropic arm of the company and the go-to space for inspiration and tips to live your life in gratitude. You should be a talented design thinker who can create compelling design solutions across a variety of media to engage our consumer and meet brand objectives. You specialize in the areas of branding, typography composition, digital, print design and social media with exposure to photography and photo retouching.

As a senior member of a multi-disciplinary team you will be self-driven, highly collaborative, and a very clear communicator. You will have strength in crafting high quality visuals through a strong design sensibility, acute attention to detail and a hands-on approach to your solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop targeted design concepts that are on-brand and cutting edge
• Deliver creative solutions to design briefs, which reflect the joyful, fun and inspirational global position of the MONAT Gratitude brand
• Provide support as an active participant to the MONAT Gratitude team
• Help in the ideation and execution of social media content based on trends and brand identity
• Art direct smaller photo shoots and support in coordinating resources
• Sourcing, retouching and organizing images as required
• Work quickly without jeopardizing the quality of work when facing tight deadlines
• Commit to and implement ethical design practices

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with a strong design portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work including most of the following disciplines: branding, packaging, digital, social and print collateral
• High level of proficiency within Adobe Creative Suite; specifically, Illustrator and Photoshop and InDesign
• Creative and critical thinking throughout the design process
• Ability to work within and expand upon existing style guides that are used cross-functionally
• Having knowledge of all final media requirements
• Being comfortable with an iterative design process that includes accepting and acting on feedback
• Collaborative, self-starter and hungry and passionate for excellence in design
• The best attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Produce and create digital and print assets print including emails, social media posts, web banners, catalogs, flyers and ads
• Photo retouching with editorial quality
• Take direction from the Creative and Art Directors
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on a wide range of projects simultaneously
• Ability to multi-task with solid time management skills
• Fashion, Beauty, Wellness or non-profit experience is a plus
• UX, Web Design is a plus
• Basic Video Editing skills is a plus
