The MONAT Customer Service Representative (bilingual: English and French) ensures the proper functioning of the Customer Care Department assisting customers with technical issues, problem solving, escalating situations, and keeping management informed about calls and trends. No sales required. This position requires to work some weekends (rotational). There will be paid training and equipment provided.
Minimum one year of Contact Center Customer Care experience or two years of Customer Service
