• Moves materials as required with proper material handling equipment.
• Forklift and related equipment operation
• Performs needed stock adjustments in the SAP systems and communicate as necessary
• Performs physical inventories and cycle counts accurately. Can trace transaction in SAP system if inventory is incorrect.
• Ensures that Inventory Control specialists workstations and warehouse areas are clean and free from safety hazards.
• Coordinates with Receiving/Fulfillment departments regarding the transfer of inventory from one location to another by providing a transfer document sheet for every transfer done to maintain the accurate location, lot traceability, and quantities of materials.
• Performs cycle counts daily and help maintain correct inventory levels for various materials
• Able to register stock received into SAP

• Must have a High school diploma or (GED) equivalent
• Speaks English (Prefer English and Spanish)
• Prefer 2-years inventory experience with a distribution company, in an inventory related position, with developed specialized skills through job-related training
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Strong writing and verbal communications skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail orientation, with a high level of accuracy
• Must be able to completes work with a limited degree of supervision
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on an unassisted basis, repetitively
• Previous experience/certification of power equipment operation preferred. Certification on all company equipment required
• Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced distribution center environment
• Proficiency in computer spreadsheets (Excel) and word processing (Word) required
• Familiarity with computerized Inventory location systems is preferred
• Working knowledge of inventory scanner systems is preferred
• Prefer some knowledge/experience with SAP
