Job Summary

This role will work closely with the Crerative Department’s Sr. Director and Project Manager. Key point of contact between Creative Services Dept and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and optimization of assigned projects. 

Must have relevant experience at an agency or inhouse creative studio, and a strong understanding of the creative development process for photo, video, and digital production.



Duties and Responsilibities:

-Support the Creative Department’s video/photo shoot calendar.

Ex. Make sure products needed for the shoot are delivered on time.  Assist the team on site, during shoots when possible. 


- Assist in project management of the creative incoming projects 


-Log all invoices from vendors after a shoot, create Purchase Requisitions in SAP when needed as well as create manual Purchase Requistions for each invoice before sending to Accounts Payables.


-Assist the Sr Creative Director with her monthly Expense Report


-Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Corp-Procurement, Events, Sales & Training, to make sure that the mockup for every item being produced with an outside vendor, gets reviewed by the Creative Director in charge of all Events design, to ensure proper branding prior to production.


- Day-to-day support of internal teams (Designers and Videographers) on asset requests and creative needs in the development of projects.


-Cover for the Creative Department’s PM when on PTO.


Qualifications & Skills:

Must possess a minimum of 2 years experience.

Experiance working with excel is required

Experiance working with project management software is a plus
