Job Summary

The Product Education Manger is responsible for partnering with the Product Development and Product Marketing teams to create simple, duplicatable, customer-focused education and training that increases awareness and understanding of all MONAT SKINCARE products across Global markets. The PEM works with sales, marketing, and training partners to deliver tools, training and resources that are an integral to the growth and development of Market Partners. The PEM’s primary responsibility is to ensure that Market Partners have the resources they need to share, sell and demonstrate MONAT products in a way that supports strategic growth and increased revenue.

You must possess an innate curiosity for product education and desire to impact the success of Market Partners overall progression and success through your individual contribution. It is essential that you have the ability to inspire and have a contagious enthusiasm for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, training, product, and marketing partners to design and deliver timely and relevant educational materials to Market Partners, customers/VIPs, internal and customer service teams. Ensuring on-time deployment of all content, tools, videos and collateral.
• Work with key stakeholders in all markets to support global training strategies. Leverages global market feedback to better understand needs of domestic and international Market Partners, ensure that market-specific and cultural needs are met within programs, enhance program design and creation of customized training formats and tools
• Train & Educate Market Partners at global events including but not limited to, MONATions and other regional, national and virtual events.
• Supports the creation of brand and product training materials, digital tools, technology-based trainings and videos focused on product knowledge and Market Partner experience.
• Measure results and effectiveness of all educational resources to determine overall impact and future deliverables to support growth.
• Work with internal teams to select, invite and prepare product ambassadors for training and promotion opportunities.
• Partner with marketing to create ongoing educational campaigns that support product growth and long-term success, including the Skin Quiz, Let’s Chat and new campaigns.
• Manage Product Education library to ensure product knowledge is relevant, accurate and current.
• Write product education marketing copy, including but not limited to website copy, training programs, new product launch power-point decks, YouTube video scripts & how-to content.
• Support new product releases and education for top tier Market Partners.
• Film ‘live’ and recorded product education videos for social media, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and internal virtual training events.
• Conduct PR/Media desk-sides for new product launches.
• Create & Host internal product knowledge trainings on quarterly basis.
• Support Customer Service to respond to incoming customer product questions in accurate and timely manner.
• Work with PD team to review clinicals, marketing claims and communique.
• Work cross-functionally with Hair & Wellness educators to have cohesive training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Direct Selling Experience is a PLUS.
• Haircare/Skincare Training & Education experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
• Candidate must be able to understand and embody the culture, mission, and values of the MONAT Global brand.
• High energy, self-directed, ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, often-changing environment.
