Rewards and Recognitions
- Collect information about new babies or graduations and prepare and send new born information for corporate communication
- Run monthly Birthday and Tenure Recognition reports from HRIS (ADP) and forward the following month's birthdays
- Distribute Tenure and Personal Recognition gifts for the following month directly to employees
- Gather and obtain approval regarding Stairway to Greatness nominations. Process recognitions when approved. Follow up on nomination approvals and process them
- Update Employee Recognition Tracking and send information about recognitions to Payroll to include the benefit in kind as a taxable event and communications
Corporate Events and Meetings
- Support the Senior Learning and Development Team in the Quarterly Townhall preparation, execution and post-execution checklist
- Meet and Greet preparation, execution and post-execution checklist
Employee Benefits & Wellness
- Provide support to Employee Benefits and Wellness in the Quarterly HR Service Days held at the various locations. Also supports in the Annual Benefits Open Enrollment and the Best Places to Work Survey
HR Records and Administration
- Renew employees Employment Autorization Card
- Complete Form I-9 Audits
- Ensure Terminations and Maintenance of employee files
- Receive and distributes all income mail to Human Resources. Acts accordingly with urgency as some of the material is time sensitive
HR Customer Service Support
- Provide first level customer support to employees at the Distribution Center at least one time per week in person to answer questions regarding their benefits and support from an HR standpoint.
Recruiting:
- Source and recruit for entry level positions within time standards
