MONAT’s Digital Marketing team is looking for an experienced, passionate, highly self-motivated, multi-talented Social Media Specialist to join our Social Media team. An experienced content marketer with a gift for giving brands a voice. Comfortable in a flexible yet fast-paced work culture that always looks for innovation. Always looking for the latest social media trends and innovations.

• Participate in social ideation and campaign planning, with a particular emphasis on Hair and Event activations.
• Support brand awareness by crafting strategic, multi-channel content plans.
• Define and brief campaign assets (graphics and videos) to creative team as needed.
• Develop relevant, engaging content to reach the company’s target consumer audience.
• Ideate and create Reels and IG Stories (including graphics) to support cross-world initiatives.
• Monitor daily execution of social media posts (occasionally on weekends).
• Participate as social media “Correspondent” on site during events and photo/video shooting.
• Source UGC for campaigns.
• Review and analyze social media metrics, define wins, fails per campaign and suggest improvements.
• Create analytics report per campaign for management.
• Conduct competitor analysis.
• Perform Industry/Market research.
• Partnering with other departments and external content creators to build campaigns.
• Collaborate with other Digital Marketing initiatives if needed.
  
  

• 3+ years of professional marketing and/or social media experience (Required) preferably in Beauty, Fashion or Direct Selling (examples of work will be requested).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Marketing or Media Communications
• Strong verbal, copywriting and proofreading skills
• Ability to edit organic social content: experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Macbook and iPhone proficiency
• A creative eye for aesthetics and branding.
• Preferred: Spanish writing skills.
• Ability to work after hours and on weekends, as needed.
