Job Summary

We are searching for a Procurement Analyst to process purchase orders, coordinate order delivery dates, and other daily operational needs in the Corporate Procurement Department.

Responsibilities

  • Place purchase orders with manufacturers.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers status or purchase orders.
  • Review and update expected delivery date reports to determine the next course of action.
  • Provide technical and project management support, including the ability to problem solve through analysis and creative solutions.
  • Establishing goals that are aligned with organizational objectives associated with system and process improvement metrics and reporting.
  • Produce weekly reports on potential cost savings opportunities by department.
  • Produce reports on event spend for budgeting purposes.
  • Helping to manage files.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of work experience in procurement
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
  • Experience with SAP required.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while juggling priorities.
  • Clear communication skills, required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: with ability to perform VLOOKUP functions
  • English / Spanish proficiency
