Job Summary

The Finance Analyst will primarily be responsible for Global Sales analytics such as Contribution Margin (promotions, enrollment, commissions), forecasting, variance reports, and budgeting. The position will provide recommendations to senior management in support of increasing monthly sales at a profitable level. Position reports to the Senior Manager of FP&A.


  • Perform daily analysis utilizing BI (Tableau), SAP (ERP system) and Planning Maestro primarily around operating expenses, promotions, and sales projections.
  • Review and investigate the company’s accounting transactions to improve data accuracy and variance reports.
  • Compare actual results with forecasted to analyze and identify areas of strengths and weaknesses
  • Forecast monthly/annual sales and commissions and provide analytical review, feedback, and recommendation to senior management
  • Support with processes and procedures for the promotional sales.
  • Develop financial models and presentations to showcase results to the Executive team.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team or the CFO on achieving company’s long-term financial planning objective
  • Ad hoc assignments
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information, investment decisions, or any other tasks assigned by the organization.



  •  Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or accounting.
  • Postgraduate degree in a business-related field, MBA, or any financial/accounting certifications (CFA, CPA, CMA, ACCA or ACA) are highly desired.



  •  At least three to five years of experience as a senior financial analyst, financial analyst, or in a similar position
  • Strong research and analytical skills – curious mindset
  • Ability to work with large data sets and effectively extract key data points and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills – effective communication both written and oral
  • Excellent presentation skills – the ability to understand and interpret complex data easily to all necessary stakeholders
  • Expertise and confidentiality in handling financial database, finance, and statistical software. SAP S/4Hana, Tableau and Planning Maestro, a plus
  • Ability to learn new concepts and tasks quickly, work under pressure, and meet deadline requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work well independently and better in a team
  • Possess strong attention to details, effective multitasking, and swift strategic thinking skills
  • Good organizational and recordkeeping abilities
  • High proficiency with the use of MS office, especially Excel and Power-Point



  • Spanish is highly desired
