Hybrid work schedule 

As a Compliance Specialist, you will play an important role in evolving and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of MONAT’s compliance processes in a globally consistent way. You will drive to support or lead diligence or compliance initiatives, including policy and procedural refinements and workstreams to continually improve MONAT’s capabilities.   You will work on removal of sales of Monat products from sites such as eBay, Amazon etc. and you will take part in social media review for both product and income claims, amongst other Compliance duties.

• Assist management in drafting and preparing project deliverables.
• Foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure timely communication and responsiveness to issues, tracking to resolution.
• Support in the design and development of MONAT’s compliance strategy, including department SOPs as well as communication templates.
• Investigate Accounts out of compliance with MONAT's Policies and Procedures -- oversee independent distributor base adherence to the Policies & Procedures through diligent monitoring of distributor activity and responsiveness to all reported incidents of non-compliance.
• Review and monitor sale of Monat products on 3^rd party sites

• Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and results oriented.
• Meticulous, and works well with documentation.
• Significant experience using Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
