The Help Desk Technician Level 2 assists the IT Director in providing customer service and handling day-to-day customer issues via phone, email, and computer chat.
This position is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
The Recognition Coordinator will work closely with the Recognition Team to assist the development of long- and short-term recognition programs. This position will provide support in the daily and monthly recognition projects to maintain deadlines and accuracy. This position will help in monitoring all related program inventories, completing briefs, and support materials in addition to following up on projects to support the completion of projects that are completed on schedule.

The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Receptionist will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
This position might request longer hours and/or weekends in case of emergencies.

Direct the activities of all functions involved in forecasting, planning, Work Orders, MRP and aware of and involved with warehousing, and inventory control of materials from forecasting to Good Receipt. In addition, the duties involve the complete ownership of global domestic and international inventory replenishment. Plan and implement the overall forecast to Good Receipt Process. Collaborate with sales, operations, finance and customer service teams. Determine key supply chain KPIs. Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner. Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality. Direct a team of qualified forecast/planning analysts to cover all these tasks globally. These tasks include new product, existing product, promotions, back orders, and the discontinuation of product globally.
The Staff Accountant researches and analyses accounts. Helps in preparation and review of financial statements and performs general accounting functions which include but are not limited to, AD HOC data reporting, journal entries, and reconciliations. Liaising with other Accounting Functions like Treasury, Tax, Cost Accounting and Accounts Payable to address and resolve accounting related issues.
This role will investigate, analyze, and respond to all commission related inquiries. This position will require a comprehensive understanding of the MONAT Compensation Plan and how it relates to other areas of the business.
The Sr. Product Development Manager is responsible for delivering and managing portions of MONAT Global’s global product portfolio from concept to delivery. The role will oversee the product development functions, ensuring cross-functional collaboration across Product Development, R&D, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure the delivery of successful, qualitative products on time. Acts as a champion for the new launch programs on a global level, ensuring the product pipeline successfully meets the high growth/high revenue objectives of these product launches and the company. Measures progress against objectives and goals, analyzes and implements strategic and/or tactical plans for different challenging and complex situations from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective. Establishes and drives the Product Development work plans and objectives, championing the management of the external labs, manufacturers, as well as internal cross functional teams to meet key milestones and launch products on time to meet the organizational objectives.
The IT Helpdesk Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of skilled Support Analysts in providing installation, maintenance and support for our End User Computing environment. This position is a leadership position that involves mentoring the IT Support team, providing a point of escalation for the team and prioritizing workload amongst the team.
Additional tasks include answering end users’ PC and software support questions, performing PC and peripheral maintenance, and assisting with PC and peripheral setups and software upgrades.
