Our rapidly expanding business is currently searching for a Finance Director (Europe) to join our team. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for the financial health of all Monat European entities. By combining strategic, financial, and operational goals, the Director of Finance will manage all finance and economic aspects of Monat European entities by enforcing a financial strategy aimed toward scalability of the business and profitable long-term growth.
The Finance Director (Europe) will be accountable for providing financial strategy and relevant financial reports as well as the overall P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow statements. Will be responsible for financial statement assurance and will perform as first line of defense within Monat’s control framework. Additional duties on top of overseeing the finance department will include supporting the local General Manager generating reports, conducting risk assessments and analysis on specific business initiatives.
Finance Director Europe will report solid to CFO of Monat Global. This role will also report dotted line to General Manager.
The Application Support Analyst will work as a member of the Monat IT Strategic Applications Team. The IT StratApps Team is responsible for the maintenance, enhancement and support of Monat’s business applications.

The Manager Engineering, Operations will be responsible for the Production, Facilities and Maintenance of the B&R Products Facilities and related equipment. Responsibilities shall include managing and overseeing multiple facilities, as well as key equipment which supports production, facilities, warehouse and common areas. This position is a full time Exempt position which shall report to the Senior Director, Operations. The position requires to participate in a rotational on-call schedule, to respond to emergency work orders as well as work nights and weekends as required. The Event Registration Coordinator will support the attendance of corporate event registrants in the United State and Canada through work with:

The primary responsibilities of Inventory Manager are to Control and Supervise all activities of Packaging Materials, Intermediate and Finished Products in all warehouses of the Company, from reception process, laydown, identifying, put away to BINS & transfer between warehouses, making sure that products are being correctly counted, labelled and controlled in SAP.
A Warehouse Manager will work closely with Packaging Inventory Manager in all activities associated with Cycle Counts activities needed to maintain an inventory accuracy above 95.5% in any SKU.
A Warehouse Manager must have a great eye for detail and advanced math skills. The goal is to assure we post in SAP Inventory System the correct items and quantities to maintain an accurate inventory control. Oversees forklift drivers and inventory specialists on their regular activities while moving products in and out of BIN locations.
